This start-of-season one-off form needs to be completed and submitted by all Sport Hillwalkers taking part in any the following initiatives.
Points cannot be transferred to the official overall scoreboards and awards cannot be earned for any these initiatives without completing and submitting a Sport Hillwalking Entry Form before 11:59pm on 30th June. This form will also be used to give participants the access they need to most of the logging and score-keeping elements which have been set up on the Peakhunter platform.
Sport Hillwalkers are therefore invited to complete a Sport Hillwalking Entry Form before the halfway point of the competition season (11:59pm on 30th June) to register their participation in Ireland's official national-level Sport Hillwalking competitions and to identify up to 3 teams (1 club, 1 county and 1 province) they will be representing in the All-Ireland Hillwalking Championships. We recommend submitting the form as early as possible in order to maximise scores. The Sport Hillwalking season starts each year on 1st May and finishes on 31st August. Please check here for any unscheduled delays or stoppages to the season.

Participants who do not submit a Sport Hillwalking Entry Form are permitted "Give it a Try" in Round 1 (May) and Round 2 (June) to get a better feel for what it is like to take part in the All-Ireland Hillwalking Championships without having to fully commit. Their scores on the leaderboards will only be provisional and will not officially count until they submit a Sport Hillwalking Entry Form.
